Jesse Gutierrez, MBA is a trusted insurance professional and owner of JG Quality Health Assurance LLC, proudly serving Laredo and communities across Texas. With a strong foundation in business and client-focused service, Jesse is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and seniors make confident decisions about their health coverage.
Jesse earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lamar University, equipping him with the strategic and financial expertise to guide clients through complex insurance and retirement planning decisions.
Throughout his career, Jesse has built a strong and growing client base by specializing in Medicare, ACA Marketplace plans, and supplemental coverage options. He is also a Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA®), allowing him to help clients maximize their Social Security benefits alongside their healthcare planning.
Jesse previously worked with Prominence Health Plan within the Medicare Advantage and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) space, where he developed strong relationships with local physicians, healthcare providers, and hospital administrators. This experience gives him a unique advantage in understanding how insurance plans work within provider networks — helping his clients make more informed decisions.
Through JG Quality Health Assurance LLC, Jesse continues to expand his services to include group benefits and supplemental products, such as dental, vision, accident, and life insurance — supporting both individuals and small businesses.
